  • Whole Milk %2,5 Fat
  • Labne
  • Butter
  • baklava puff dough
  • 400 ml milk (2 water glasses)
  • 250 gr pinar butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pack of starch
  • pistachio nuts for topping

Step 1 :Melt 250 gr Pinar butter. Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix until there are no lumps.


Step 2 :Spread the prepared oil on the baklava dough cut into rectangular shapes and place them in the oven dish.


Step 3 :Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until crispy. For the mixture; Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup flour into 2 cups milk and boil it.


Step 4 :Do not forget to stir while boiling. Check the consistency while boiling, if it remains too liquid, add 1 more cup of flour. Remove the thickened mixture from the stove, add 1 packet of vanilla and 1 packet of Pinar Labne and mix.


Step 5 :After filling the mixture into a piping bag, squeeze it into the baklava doughs you prepared beforehand. Finally, use pistachios to decorate the top. Bon Appetit
