Step 4 :Puff Pastry Surprise Bites Divide the puff pastry dough into squares. Chop the meat, and grate the cheese. Fill the dough with the cheese and meat mixture, and seal the edges of the squares by firmly pressing into the edges. Bake following the instructions on the package. Enjoy.
Step 5 :Puff Pastry with Veggies in White Sauce In a non-stick pan, stir in butter and flour. Slowly add milk and keep stirring. When the sauce gets thicker, remove from heat. Cut the carrot into cubes. Thinly slice the leek. Drizzle olive oil into the pan and saute the carrot. Next, add the leek and cook stirring for about 5 more minutes. Add the spinach and keep stirring. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Pour the white sauce into the pan with cooked vegetables, and mix well. Place the mixture in the middle of the puff pastry and fold the dough. Make sure the edges are sealed. Brush the dough with egg yolk. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy.
Step 6 :Lemon Coconut Puff Pastry Cut the puff pastry dough into rounds and place them in a muffin pan. Poke a small hole in each round with a fork. Bake following the instructions on the package. Once baked, cut the muffin tops off to form small bowls of pastry. In a saucepan, mix lemon juice, coconut flakes, lemon zest, eggs, semolina and honey. Cook stirring on low and let it simmer. Add butter, and keep stirring until it’s melted. Remove from heat. When the sauce cools down, pour it into the small puff pastry bowls. Sprinkle with coconut chips and serve. Enjoy.
Step 7 :Banana and Peanut Butter Puff Pastry Cut the puff pastry into rounds. Mix banana, honey, peanut butter and the nuts into a puree. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the middle of each round and seal the edges together. Bake following the instructions on the package. Strain confectioner’s sugar over the rounds as topping. Enjoy.
Step 8 :Banana Chocolate Puff Pastry Roll the puff pastry into a thin sheet with a rolling pin. Slice or chop the banana. First, spread the hazelnut cream onto the sheet and add the banana. Seal the dough, pressing into the edges with a fork. Bake following the instructions on the package. Enjoy.

Step 10 :Apple Tarte Tatin In a non-stick pan, melt the sugar until it’s browned. Stir in the heavy cream and remove from heat. Add butter and mix until combined. Peel, core and slice the apple. Place slices over the caramel in the pan. Poke a few holes in the puff pastry and cover the apple slices with sheets. Preheat the oven to 400F and bake for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut flakes or serve a la mode. Enjoy.
