  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • Lemon zest 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 3 tbsp coconut shaving
  • Dried coconuts

Step 1 :Cut the puff pastries into circles, place the circles in muffin pans and make holes in them with a fork


Step 2 :Cook following the cooking instructions on the packaging


Step 3 :Cut the top of the cooked puff pastries, turning them into little bowls


Step 4 :In a saucepan, mix the lemon juice, coconut shavings, lemon zest, eggs, semolina and honey


Step 5 :Cook the mix over low heat, frequently stirring; do not boil


Step 6 :Add the butter in and remove from heat


Step 7 :When cooled, pour the mix into the bowls


Step 8 :Sprinkle with dried coconuts and serve.
