  • Organic Beef Burger
  • Burger buns 1 potato
  • 3.5 pearl onions
  • Arugula Pickled cabbage Aioli Sauce: 50 gr mayonnaise
  • 5 capers
  • 1/2 lime Fresh dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clove garlic Coleslaw: Cabbage Red cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Step 1 :Cook burger patty following to package instructions


Step 2 :Thinly slice onions and potatoes


Step 3 :Deep fry


Step 4 :Spread ketchup over buns and top with arugula, burger patty and pickled cabbage


Step 5 :Finally add fries and onions


Step 6 :Aioli Sauce: Finely chop capers, dill and garlic


Step 7 :Add in lime zest and juice


Step 8 :Mix


Step 9 :Coleslaw: Chop red cabbage, cabbage and carrot


Step 10 :Rub with salt


Step 11 :Mix with mayo and chopped parsley.
