  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 5 tablespoons pistachio
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cream

Step 1 :Make pastry puff pieces thin with a rolling pin.


Step 2 :Spread cream on top.


Step 3 :Sprinkle pistachio and sugar on half of it.


Step 4 :Cover it with other half.


Step 5 :Connect all corners with a fork.


Step 6 :Place it in the oven tray.


Step 7 :Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes in the oven.
