  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Shrimp
  • 3 artichokes (cleaned)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced) A pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper Parsley Fresh thyme
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 crush garlic Olive oil Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1 :In a pot, combine onion, artichoke, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, sugar and 1/2 cup water


Step 2 :Cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes


Step 3 :Set aside


Step 4 :Sauté shrimp in olive oil


Step 5 :Season with salt and pepper


Step 6 :Dice bell peppers


Step 7 :Quarter cucumber, remove seeds and dice


Step 8 :Halve cherry tomatoes


Step 9 :Finely chop parsley


Step 10 :In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper


Step 11 :Toss shrimps with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, thyme and parsley


Step 12 :Top artichoke bowls with shrimp salad and serve.
