  • Pınar Falafel
  • 100 g quinoa
  • 50 g edamame
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 50 g purple cabbage
  • Lime
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 10 g tahini
  • 10 g soya sauce

Step 1 :Cook falafel meatball according to the cooking directions.


Step 2 :For sauce, mix tahini, mayonnaise and lime juice.


Step 3 :Boil quinoa for 10 minutes and then, put in in bowl.


Step 4 :Add boiled edamame, purple cabbage, avocado and soya sauce on it.


Step 5 :Finally, you can garnish with thini, sauce and lime juice.
