  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 1 kg pumpkin
  • 700 gr brown
  • sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 pack whipped cream powder
  • 1 cup milk Pomegranate seeds

Step 1 :Pour sugar over pumpkin and let it sit overnight


Step 2 :The next day, cook pumpkin over low heat


Step 3 :Strain extra liquid


Step 4 :Puree pumpkin in a food processor


Step 5 :Poke holes in puff pastry and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 6 :Cover with parchment paper and a baking sheet and bake for 15 more minutes


Step 7 :Whisk whipped cream with milk


Step 8 :Place pumpkin puree over dough, sprinkle with crushed walnuts and repeat 3 times


Step 9 :Decorate with whipped cream and pomegranate seeds.
