  • 50 gr jasmine rice
  • 30 gr avocado
  • 2 strawberries
  • 20 gr red onions
  • 15 gr corn kernels
  • 2 gr chives
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1 :Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and cubed turkey breasts


Step 2 :In a pot, first sauté rice in olive oil, then add a cup of water and cook


Step 3 :When rice is cooked, remove from heat


Step 4 :Add sautéed turkey over rice


Step 5 :Place avocado slices on top


Step 6 :Top with corn and strawberries


Step 7 :Enjoy.
