  • Pınar Calamari
  • 250 gr orzo
  • 30 gr butter
  • 30 ml vinegar
  • 1/2 celery root
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 10 gr parsley
  • 1 lt water

Step 1 :Cook Pınar Calamari in a pan until juices are released and absorbed


Step 2 :Pour in vinegar and cooked until absorbed


Step 3 :Set calamari aside


Step 4 :In a pot, sauté orzo with butter until golden


Step 5 :Cover orzo with water and cook


Step 6 :Dice onion, celery root and carrot


Step 7 :Grate tomatoes


Step 8 :Sauté celery root, carrot and onion in olive oil


Step 9 :Stir in tomatoes


Step 10 :When simmering, add calamari first, then orzo


Step 11 :Remove from heat and sprinkle with minced parsley.
