  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Whiting Fillets
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 3-4 mushrooms
  • 5-6 Swiss chard leaves Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano Olive oil

Step 1 :Dice carrots, potato and mushrooms


Step 2 :Sautee vegetables in olive oil


Step 3 :Season with salt, pepper and oregano and set aside


Step 4 :Cut away Swiss chard stems


Step 5 :Place fillet on two leaves


Step 6 :Top with cooked vegetables


Step 7 :Fold leaves over covering all of the fish


Step 8 :Insert a toothpick to keep everything in place


Step 9 :On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place Swiss chard wrapped fish fillets


Step 10 :Cover with parchment paper and twist both ends


Step 11 :Preheat oven to 200 degrees and cook for 22-24 minutes.
