  • Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 can corn kernels
  • 100 gr broccoli
  • 100 gr cauliflower
  • Olive oil

Step 1 :Cut peppers into strips


Step 2 :Lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower


Step 3 :Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté peppers


Step 4 :Set aside


Step 5 :Sauté broccoli and cauliflower


Step 6 :Set aside


Step 7 :Sauté turkey and stir in all ingredients, including corn


Step 8 :Cook over high heat for 30 seconds and serve
