  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 50 g corn kernel
  • 1 purple onion
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Step 1 :Connect 3 pieces of pastry puff with each other and roll it out with a rolling pin.


Step 2 :Place the pastry puff on the mould and cut excess edges.


Step 3 :Poke holes with a fork on the pastry puff.


Step 4 :Put baking paper and a heavy object in and cook at 180°C for 7 minutes in the oven.


Step 5 :Mix spinach, capia pepper, purple onion and corn in a deep container.


Step 6 :Mix egg, salt, black pepper and cream in a separate container and connect with vegetables.


Step 7 :Add stuffing mix to your pie mould that you have removed from the oven.


Step 8 :Cut pastry puff pieces in stripe shape and place pastry puff pieces on top in cage form.


Step 9 :Spread egg yolk on your stripe-shaped pastry puff.


Step 10 :Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes in the oven.
