  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 300 g Pınar Minced Meat
  • 50 g boiled corn kernel
  • 50 g boiled pea
  • 1 onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Powdered red pepper

Step 1 :Roast minced meat with olive oil.


Step 2 :Add diced onion, garlic, corn and pea and continue roasting.


Step 3 :Add salt, black pepper and powdered red pepper and mix.


Step 4 :Make pastry puff thin with a rolling pin and place minced-meat mixture in the middle.


Step 5 :Cover the top in semi-circled shape and cut with a bowl.


Step 6 :Put it in the oven tray and connect the edges with a fork. Spread egg yolk on top.


Step 7 :Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes in the oven.
