  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 1 spoon caster sugar
  • 100 g egg white
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • Salt
  • Vanillin
  • Pastry cream;
  • 300 ml milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 40 g egg yolk
  • 15 g flour
  • 10 g wheat starch
  • 10 g butter
  • Vanillin
  • For dressing;
  • Fresh fig
  • Blackberry

Step 1 :Beat the egg yolk in a clean and hollow bowl for meringue. Slowly add caster sugar.


Step 2 :Put it on the baking tray with a spoon. Cook at 100°C for 60 minutes in the oven.


Step 3 :For cream; cook milk, vanillin, sugar, egg yolk, flour and diluted starch by mixing.


Step 4 :After it becomes thick, add butter and let it cool down.


Step 5 :Cut pastry puffs in round shape and place them in the oven tray in order. Sprinkle caster sugar on top.


Step 6 :Put baking paper on top and oven tray for weight and then, cook at 180°C for 25 minutes in the oven.


Step 7 :Put pastry puff and meringue on top of each other by adding pastry cream between them.


Step 8 :Put fresh fig and blackberry on top..
